SHIPPING POLICY

The estimated delivery time for Royal Mail First Class is 2-4 days, however, it is not guaranteed and is subject to Royal Mail's delivery schedule.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing our product. In the event that you need to return an item to Pouring Room Ltd, we kindly request that you do so within 14 days. The returned goods must be in unused condition and still in their original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the return costs.

Prior to dispatch, we thoroughly inspect all goods to ensure their quality. However, if you ever receive a faulty item, please reach out to us via our contact page, and we will promptly assist you.

If you have had a change of heart and wish to cancel your order, there's no need to worry. As long as we haven't dispatched your order yet, you can cancel it. We simply ask that you contact us as soon as possible to arrange the cancellation.
